Step Two: Submit an Online Application & FACTS Financial Application!
We still have openings for the 2016-17 School Year! If you are interested in 2016-17 admissions, please complete a 2016-2017 Online Application HERE!
Please Note: we require that all families** additionally complete an online financial application through FACTS, an outside agency that assesses the amount families have available towards their children’s education. FACTS charges $30 for this financial assessment. If families choose to opt out of completing a FACTS application, they are committing to paying max tuition: $30,000 for our General School (Pre-K – 6th Grade), and $33,000 for our Middle/High School (7th – 12th Grade).
**Special Note: Families that receive public assistance may submit proof of aid rather than complete a FACTS online application.
Step Three: Visit & Interview!
In order to determine that the school is a good fit, if a space is available in the group you are applying to a visit will be scheduled so that your student can spend time with our entire school community. Visits range from one half day to two full days, depending on the age of the student. At the end of the visit, families are invited to sit with a member of our Enrollment Team to discuss the student’s visit and to hear more about BFS. This is a chance to ask questions and get to know the school better!
Our Enrollment Team evaluates applications baed on a weighted criteria rubric. Our rubric is adjusted each year according to the breakdown of our returning student body and is used to determine the spaces and resources we have available to offer to new applicants.
